Description Replacement shell for Flex Boot. The shell comes with 2 rivets (male and female) that are require to attach the TPU gaiter to the shell. The back of the shell also has an adhesive, that will be activated by heating with a hot air blower. If you don’t have the tools to change the shell, you may want to get help from a cobblers or local saddler.
