Description Laminitis Equisoft Plus First Aid Support Hoof Pads for horses suffering with laminitis. Laminitis Equisoft Plus First Aid Support Hoof Pads, designed to help provide an instant emergency first aid comfort and support measure for your horses/ponies with Laminitis or sore bruised hooves. The Total Foot Protection Ltd Equisoft Plus Laminitis First Aid Support Pads were designed after we received various requests for larger and bespoke Equisoft pads to help provide an instant emergency first aid measure for small or large horses and ponies with Laminitis or sore bruised hooves. As with all the other TFP Ltd laminitis support products these are an excellent thing to keep in stock for those emergency call out’s where comfort and support are needed in a hurry and can be easily applied using the specially designed TFP Styrofoam Black Tape for a secure fit. Features Used to stabilize Laminitis or basic protection for sore, bruised or damaged hooves to aid recovery. The Equisoft Plus pads are pre-cut into 4 different hoof shaped sizes and thicknesses to suit the different foot sizes and weights. The pads can be used in combination with the TFP Impression material to aid frog pressure and stability. They can also be stacked onto the feet to add extra thickness if required. Simple to apply with our specially designed tape makes this a must for your horses first aid kit. Simple fitting. Select pad size slightly bigger than the hoof. (Cut down if needed with scissors if until just slightly bigger than the hoof) They can be applied either on there own for basic comfort, with Magic cushion to help relieve heat and bruising or with TFP Impression material for extra support for laminitis. Add the required packing to the back half of the hoof before the pad is fitted. Apply two strips of tape to the bottom of the pad long enough to attach to the hoof each side of the pad. (One top to bottom of the pad length ways and one across the width of the pad these will hold the pad in place while you wrap the whole hoof and pad in tape to hold it securely.)   **Equisoft Plus Hoof Pads are sold as individuals.**   **Width measured at widest point of pad in mm.**                          Width        Thickness Small              115 mm     x     16 mm.
